  • Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, device identifiers, language, access time, crash information.
  • Push Notifications: device tokens for sending notifications.
  • Analytics Data: information about app usage, feature interactions, traffic sources.
  • Payment Data: if you purchase premium features, we may receive transaction information (via payment providers).
  • Cache Data: for performance and personalization, we cache your country (determined by IP) for up to 24 hours.
  • Gift Transactions: when you gift Premium to another user, we store information about the giver, recipient, date, status, and transaction identifiers. This may include data from payment providers.
  • Virtual Currency (Saymos) Purchases: when you purchase Saymos, we store transaction details, including amount, status, and payment provider data.
  • Promo Campaigns: if you order promo for your posts, we store campaign details (budget, target countries, analytics, status).
  • Voice Map Data: if you use map features, we store coordinates, country, IP, and time with each pin/post. We use Google Maps API or similar services for map display and location enrichment.

2. How We Use Your Data

    • Showing you posts relevant to your current country (determined by your IP address)
    • Enriching your posts with country information based on your IP or coordinates

  • Other Users: your public profile, posts, comments, and likes may be visible to other users.
  • Service Providers: hosting, analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase), email delivery, push notifications, payment providers, and location enrichment services (such as ipinfo.io and Google Maps API).
  • Government Authorities: only as required by law.
  • Partners: only with your consent.
  • Payment Providers: for processing purchases of Premium, Saymos, and promo campaigns (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google)
  • Map and Location Services: for map features and location enrichment (e.g., Google Maps API)

4. Data Storage and Protection

  • Data is stored on secure servers in the EU/USA (or other jurisdictions as specified in the app).
  • We use modern security measures: encryption, access control, log auditing.
  • Only authorized personnel have access to personal data.
  • IP addresses and country information are stored with your posts and used for security, analytics, and content personalization.
  • Country information is cached for up to 24 hours to optimize performance.
  • Gift, purchase, and promo transaction data are stored securely and may be shared with payment providers for processing and compliance.
  • Location data (coordinates, country, IP) are stored with your posts and pins for map features and recommendations.
